My name is Krista and I am a fellow horse lover. I grew up and reside in North Dakota. I showed my livestock at many fairs around the state. Youth associations, such as 4-H and FFA, have taken me very far in my livestock experiences and now career. I have many wonderful memories to look back upon. My sisters and I made up the North Dakota State Champion FFA Horse Judging team and went on to compete at nationals in Louisville,KY. It was a fun time in the heart of horse country and we came home with a silver award. I also enjoyed coaching youth in 4-H Hippology. It is a delightful experience teaching kids that are so eager to learn about horses. I have some good memories competing in NBHA, AQHA, High School Rodeo and other local rodeos. I can give all my success to my trusty American Quarter horse named "Roman". When I was in High School I trained quite a few outside horses for people. I went to numerous clinics on natural horsemanship techniques.
I attended a local University taking some tough equine classes just for the fun of it and a graphic design course offered for free at college. I also took an A.I. Course from Amy Gumz, of the well known Gumz farms. During college I enjoyed giving riding lessons to 4-H kids. The summer before I graduated from college I worked for a reining trainer and breeding operation. I learned a lot that will help me for many years to come. I really like breeding horses and would like to add to my broodmare band.
I met my husband in college and shortly after I graduated we got married. Of course I had to make sure this cowboy knew how to ride, so our first date was a horseback ride. It was a wonderful ride and 3 years later when I graduated we got married in 2007. Now we reside in central Dakota. We both enjoy our American Quarter Horses. Since we have only been married for a couple of years, we are trying to save up for a for a ranch. Therefore, rodeoing, showing or building up a broodmare band is on hold until we can save the money. Right now my husband and I put many miles on our horses helping neighbors, doctoring calves, checking pastures, and bring cattle home to sort them. However, chasing cattle is just as much fun for me as going to an equine event.
So your probably wondering how I got the idea for all these websites. My sisters and I have sold performance horses in the past. So I figured why not be more specific? We have sold rodeo horses, reiners and good ranch horses. Everyone seems to have a favorite horse event and their horse usually excels in that event. I always feel my horse's ad gets lost in the web pages with thousands of other horses. I think spending $100 on a special ad, just to get your horse noticed is ridiculous. I also got tired of saving tons of passwords and user id's. As well as having to log in to see if I received any inquires. Thats why I developed these websites, the customer can contact you directly by your e-mail. My goal with these sites is to promote them in such a way that they will attract many interested buyers. So far horses have sold within the US and Canada as well as overseas. I also wanted something on the site for everyone. If you looking for some entertainment, check out the fun videos and training articles or if you’re looking to promote you business get listed in the Breeder or Trainer Directory. It's always free!
Remember, I am here to help if you have any problems. Send me an e-mail or give me a call. I like keeping the ads updated, so please feel free to send me changes you would like made.
God Bless,
Krista Reiser
